The Duck and the Black Wax
THE DUCK
I’m at home, yet I own nothing.
We all are friends but I’m a bit nervous of those human beings,
they have goodies every now and then.
I swim in the water that the humans made here for us to have fun, too.
They may look at my fine colours in return.
THE BLACK WAX
New black asphalt would destroy all this beauty.
Perhaps that’s the one ruining beauty everywhere.
Do I ruin everything?
Regards, asphalt
